Clean-Up Request Form
The purpose of HLCL is to clean the lake of man-made debris and trash! Herrington Lake Conservation League, Inc. contracts all the work out to an independent contractor that works a two-man crew!
If you are a homeowner on the lake, hire us to assist in cleaning your bank! Our crew cuts and stacks wood and removes old docks. We ask homeowners to burn any stacked wood on their property! This will help keep costs down. It also allows our crew to assist more homeowners. Also to help with the cost, we require more than one request in an area. Our crew cannot clear vegetation, including cutting down any trees that are standing, or assisting with the removal of any trees that have fallen above the high-water elevation (760'). We cannot touch an old dock that has broken loose unless the owner surrenders the dock to HLCL. If you have a neighbor and their dock is in disrepair, ask them to contact us. We are here to help keep the lake clean! You can find a clean-up request form online at www.hlcl.org or email at HLCLcleanup@gmail.com.
Use our independent contractor that will show up! We try to schedule based on more than one request in an area to help save costs. Our service area is from Bryant’s Camp to the dam and everything in between. You can complete our clean-up form, below.
