Herrington Lake Conservation League is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer who are elected at the HLCL Annual Meeting of the Board in October. Much of the work is conducted by Standing Committees, each led by an appointed chairperson. HLCL is composed entirely of volunteers. We have no paid employees.
